Who We Are
A Global Non-Profit with a Local Heart
Milestone Medical Outreach Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Takoma Park, Maryland, USA. We are also registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission as Milestone Healthcare Initiative. Our services extend beyond borders, and we bring together volunteers and sponsors around the globe to help underserved communities.
We are dedicated to changing lives by providing free medical consultations, medications, surgeries, and health care awareness and education to underprivileged residents throughout the United States, Africa, and other places around the world.
LEARN AND THRIVE
Economic Empowerment & Community Support
The Project goal is to promote inclusion and the economic empowerment of women, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups in Adiabo community. 40 persons with disabilities and without disabilities were trained on vocational skills, including bead-making, sewing, hairstyling & wig-making, makeup artistry, and shoe-making. The highlight of the project included the presentation of start up packs to 40 beneficiaries by Dr. Felicia Bassey to enable them start their own businesses.

What We Do
Free Mission Clinic & Consultations
Our permanent clinic locations serve as a sanctuary for underserved populations, offering free medical consultations and essential medications for chronic conditions like hypertension and diabetes. We ensure that quality healthcare is a right, not a privilege.
Medication & Surgical Outreaches
From life-changing surgeries to rural medical missions, we bring specialized healthcare directly to the world’s most vulnerable regions. Our volunteer medical teams work tirelessly to perform procedures that restore sight, mobility, and hope to thousands every year.
Community & Skills Empowerment
Through our Learn and Thrive workshops, we equip women, youth, and the disabled with marketable vocational skills and business starter kits. Additionally, we provide critical support to immigrants and veterans in the USA through food, clothing, and education drives.

Since our first outreach in 2011, Milestone Medical Outreach has:
Served Patients
Served over 5,500 patients across Nigeria, providing free consultations, medications, and surgeries.
Provided Training
Partnered with hospitals and teaching institutions to deliver CPR and First Aid training to over 200 healthcare workers.
Supported Missions
Service areas covered include Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Jamaica, USA, Tazania, Honduras, and Sudan, delivering critical care to thousands.
