At Milestone Medical Outreach, we believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality medical care—regardless of their location or economic status.
Our Mission Clinic initiative is designed to bridge the gap in healthcare by delivering essential services directly to those who need them most.
Through mobile clinics and a planned outpatient medical and surgical facility in Adiabo Community, Cross River State, Nigeria, we are working to ensure that no one is left behind when it comes to healthcare.

Our Approach.

1) Mobile Clinics – Healthcare on the Move

Many rural and underserved communities lack access to hospitals and clinics. Our fully equipped mobile medical units travel to remote areas, providing:



Free medical consultations



Diagnostic screenings (hypertension, diabetes, malaria, infections, etc.)



Essential medications



Basic surgical and wound care



Health education and preventive care

2) Outpatient Medical & Surgical Facility

To create a lasting impact, we have built a permanent outpatient clinic in Adiabo Community, featuring:



General medical consultations



Minor surgical procedures



Pharmacy services with genuine medications



Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, etc.)

This facility currently serves as a central hub for medical care, ensuring that patients receive consistent, quality treatment even after our mobile teams have moved on.
